AI Trading Tools for Stock Traders

We may earn a commission if you buy through links on this page, at no extra cost to you. This doesn't affect our rankings. How we test

We haven't run hands-on tests yet, so this page compares prices and plans only.

This is not investment advice. These tools do not guarantee returns. A backtest is not a forecast. Automated orders can lose money.

Independent comparison of AI tools for stock traders — charting, scanners, strategy bots and trading journals. No signals, no profit promises.

AI Trading Tools by Use

Stock tools are grouped by the job in front of you: a chart, a scan, a no-code rule, a journal, or a research screen. None of those jobs is a promise that a position makes money. The risk line above the title is part of the page, not a footer.

Charting and technical analysis

TradingView has a checked free Basic plan. Its paid price was not confirmed, so no dollar amount is printed. TrendSpider's monthly range was not pinned down, and the 14-day offer is a paid trial, so both cells stay blank. LuxAlgo Essential is checked at $24.99 a month or $18.74 on annual billing, with a free account. LuxAlgo is an indicator product. It is not described here as software that sends an order.

Scanners and AI stock selection

Trade Ideas is checked at $127 a month or $89 on annual billing. The free tier was not confirmed. Tickeron and Danelfin are not confirmed on the vendor's site, so their prices are omitted. A scan is a screen of past or current data. It is not a prediction that the stock will rise.

Composer is the no-code name in this set. The row is not confirmed on the vendor's site, so the Starter price is not shown. The bots page explains what "automation" is allowed to mean here.

Trading journals

A journal records trades you already took. It does not place the next one. TradeZella is annual-only on the vendor's pricing page: $315 a year, described as $26 a month and up. Edgewonk is $197 a year, about $16.4 a month. Tradervue Silver is $29.95 a month, with a free plan and a trial checked. Import features are not on the vendor's pricing page.

Research data

Koyfin is the research-data name. The row is not confirmed on the vendor's site, so the starting price is not printed and the free plan is not confirmed in public text. It is not a broker and not a bot.

Trading Tools We Don't Cover

Exchange-tied crypto bots are out. This category is stocks. A product that requires you to hand over funds for someone else to trade is also out. Nothing here is a custodian. If a page, an ad, or a salesperson promises a return, treat that as a warning rather than a feature.

How We Check AI Trading Tools

The stock check prints a price or a free plan only when the row was confirmed on the vendor's site, and it refuses yield figures entirely. A future session could record whether a journal accepted a file or whether a chart saved an alert. It would still not place a live order. That session is not published.
